John Glebocki and Bryan Ensall
Owners, Orange County Distillery
John Glebocki was the owner of J. Glebocki Farms, a fifth-generation farm in Goshen, New York. Co-Owner and Co-Founder Bryan Ensall was the owner of a lawn care franchise that serviced all of Orange County, New York. Together, these two small business owners somehow found the spare time away from those other full-time jobs to build the distillery from the ground up, almost entirely with their own two hands.
John and Bryan are also family men. In fact, you'll almost always run into one of their children or their wives when you come visit. We're not a faceless company here, we're family and business men who live and work right here in Orange County, New York.
Sales Manager, Host/Mixologist, Orchard Hill Cider Mill
Orchard Hill Cider Mill was inspired by our love of the great cider regions of Europe. We wondered why New York, which has one of the premier climates for apples, wasn’t bursting with world class cider, brandy and pommeau producers. It was just a small step from that inspiring thought to the creation of our estate cider mill in the Hudson Valley. Our cider builds on the legacy of Soons Orchards, which has been farming and growing apples since 1910.
